Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all MARIEMUR tags attached before placing them back in the original luxury packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
